ABOUT US

Great Beer for Great People.

This is the philosophy of founder and brewmaster Christopher Harris has built his brewery’s foundation. Black Frog Brewery may have been born in a garage, but it’s become something more to the Holland community just outside Toledo, Ohio. Chris opened his taproom doors in October of 2016 as the first Black-owned brewery in Northwest Ohio and hasn’t looked back.

Talk about a delightful surprise. We were overnighting in Toledo and this brewery was suggested as a place for really good beers. They weren’t wrong. Beers were crisp, clean, complex, and delicious. Thank you for sharing your craft with the rest of us!
